Rendira is an enthusiastic and motivated individual eager to begin a professional journey in the energy sector. She is currently pursuing bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering in Thapathali Campus. She has developed a strong academic foundation in area such as operation research, supply chain management, energy audit and quality management. She has actively sought opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge through coursework, group projects, participate in exhibition program such as yathartha, mechtrix and successfully design and fabricate Trommel Screening machine for fertilizer grading and Automatic Tomato Sorting Machine during her academia.  She is committed to expanding her skills set and gaining practical experience. Resourceful and enthusiastic, she looks forward to bringing innovative ideas and a strong desire for growth to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
