Manoj holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and is a PhD scholar in Economics. He is an economist with extensive experience in generating evidence for strategic decisions and policy innovation, as well as fostering partnerships in government, private, and development sectors. As the Co-founder and Managing Director of Invest and Infra, he has provided strategic advisory services to various private, development, and public clients. Additionally, he is the founder of Aadhyanta Fund Management Limited, a domestic fund mobilization platform in Nepal promoted by the government and private banks. Moreover, he serves as the Vice-Chairperson of the International Investment Promotion Committee at the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), the apex body of the private sector in Nepal. Manoj also serves as a Director of a leading commercial bank in Nepal, offering strategic guidance and leadership for the Bank’s growth trajectory. His previous roles include working as an expert for Ministers, Members of Parliament, and government entities such as the Investment Board Nepal and Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies, as well as I/NGOs. He has also served as a Visiting Faculty at Kathmandu University, teaching international economics.
