With a strong foundation in research, policy drafting, grant writing, donor management, and public relations, Manaswee has consistently demonstrated leadership in roles ranging from sustainability consultancy to paralegal work. She has collaborated with international organizations such as the United Nations ESCAP, UNICEF, and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), contributing to high-impact initiatives in disaster risk reduction, food security, and gender inclusivity. Manaswee holds a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Bridgeport and a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of West of England. Manaswee is certified in environmental management, space sustainability and climate risks, underscoring her commitment to advancing sustainable, community-driven growth through innovation and collaboration.
